When you are asked to provide your "merchant issued account number" please fill in "our account number" listed on any statement you have received from our office.  If you do not have our account number available to you at this time, please call our office toll-free at 1-888-317-2327.

Customers using "Pop-Up Blocker" programs on their computer may need to temporarily disable these programs by holding down the control "Ctrl" button on their keyboard, while selecting the "Click Here" link below to pay by internet check.
